My RECOMMENDED WEBSITE LINKS on all subjects – UK, USA, Canada & Australia

Sometimes with delicate subjects and wishing my readers to get the best information, I have not listed any websites outside of the UK as I do not know which are the most sensitive and helpful – I have tried to list as many websites as I can that I have found helpful to me personally, but there will always be more regional and local informational and support systems for you so do seek those out.  I have also included memoirs/self help books that I have personally read and you can also find my reviews of these books on my site.

GENERAL ADVERSITY

BOOKS – General memoirs dealing with adversity:

Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert published by Bloomsbury Publishing PLC in 2007

Wife Interrupted by Amy Molloy, published in 2009 by Headline review

Quetiapine (Seroquel anti-psychotics) and Citalopram (Celexa anti-depressant) medications

www.nhs.uk – then use the search box to search for Citalopram or Quetiapine or any other medicine or illness you would like to look up.

Although I did use forums and informative websites to look up these medications, the varying experiences people have around the world of both these medications sometimes made it confusing and worrying for me, as well as helpful, so I have not listed any forums here. Always check the leaflets that come with the medicines and speak to your doctor.
