I began my mental illness anti-stigma campaign and wrote my first article on mental health 3 years ago on 17^th April 2010, so, as a celebration I am giving my memoir ‘My Alien Self: My Journey Back to Me’ away on Wednesday this week! (17^th April).

I have really enjoyed writing about my experiences of mental illness, chatting to people with various experiences, and spreading the word of how harmful stigma can be. It is very rewarding, mentally and emotionally, and I will not be stopping!
