• I try to offer my support to twitter friends with regard to mental illness
• I promote my book (yes, sorry just a little 🙂 )

• Mental illness – information, coping skills and sharing my own experiences of BPD, OCD, depression, anxiety and my mum’s schizophrenia
• Book reviews of other books
• Information and snippets of my own memoir
• My mental health and anti-stigma campaign
• Being a writer and self publishing
