Inspiring ideas – My Group analysis was cancelled for today, I was disappointed, then turned it into creativity – Making Collages! Christmas presents?

So, I had a phone call today at 9am saying that the psychotherapist cannot take today’s group analysis. I had written down a lot of stuff last night as I’d had a mini trauma and was really looking forward to getting it all out in words in group today but never mind.
