I am very pleased to announce my radio interview will be on Wednesday 22nd June on BBC Essex at 3pm. I will be talking to Tony Fisher about books, writing, mental health, and the Essex book signing event! Exciting stuff! I’m really looking forward to seeing the studios and meeting Tony et al. I might even talk about finishing my Counselling Diploma and my Life Writing workshops!
I am nervous, I have to admit, but I do have to challenge myself!
