Today is National Stress Awareness Day! I hope that you are all stress free today. I am stressed today but I know why and I am using my CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) skills to get me through. I am also eating yummy things to use my taste sense to get me through.
It is always a great idea to get the five senses tantalised -
- Sight
- touch
- Taste
- Hearing
- Smell

I am also doing what I like which is writing - it is a great way to get all my thoughts down, share them, release them from my mind, evaluate them and I like to write positive things which put me in a more positive frame of mind. Films, music and TV are my favourite ‘escapes’ too!
